SerCOnatural assumes the administrative management of the Magdalena Music School (2026)

Starting in the first quarter of 2026, SerCOnatural will assume the administrative management of the Magdalena School of Music social project, an initiative created by Chaska Tours Colombia with a clear purpose: that tourism also be a force for positive transformation in San Agustín, Huila.
A social project born from tourism with a purpose
At Chaska Tours, travel has always been understood as more than just discovering destinations. Over the years, a dream grew: to support the local community in a real and sustainable way. That dream took shape in 2023 with the creation of the Magdalena School of Music: a free space for children and young people to learn, create, and grow through the power of music.
A space of possibilities in San Agustín
Located in San Agustín (Huila), the school has established itself as a safe and educational space where music becomes a tool for identity, confidence, and hope. Today, the project includes:
21 scholarship students
1 committed teachers
3 musical groups that have already performed for the community
Everything is offered free of charge: classes, instruments, and space.
What does this step mean for 2026?
With SerCOnatural leading the administration, we aim to strengthen the project's structure to ensure continuity, order, and growth. Specifically, this will allow us to:
Ensure stable administrative management (organization, coordination and monitoring)
Facilitate transparency in the handling of contributions and donations
Improve planning to expand coverage and impact
To foster new alliances with individuals and organizations that want to join
The vision remains the same: to reach more children and, in the future, expand the offering to other artistic and cultural areas.
