Yes. To formalize your membership in SerCOnatural as an individual, you will need:Registration fee (one-time): $100,000 COPAnnual fee: $100,000 COP, starting from the first year of membership.These contributions help sustain the Association's activities. However, there are exceptions: if you cannot cover the costs, you can make a symbolic donation or actively contribute your time, knowledge, or skills, as determined by the Board of Directors.

Absolutely! At SerCOnatural we believe in the power of partnerships.If you are part of an organization, company, collective or foundation, you can join as a legal entity and actively contribute to our mission.

Organizations wishing to join as legal entities must meet certain criteria defined by the Board of Directors.The registration fee is paid only once and varies depending on the number of employees linked to the payroll:1 employee: $100,0002 to 5 employees: $150,0006 to 12 employees: $220,00013 to 24 employees: $350,00025 or more employees: $500,000Annual membership fee: The value of the annual membership will be established according to the same criteria:1 employee: $600,0002 to 5 employees: $1,200,0006 to 12 employees: $1,800,00013 to 24 employees: $2,400,000For 25 or more employees: $3,000,000

To have the commitment to accept and comply with the economic obligations and other provisions established in these statutes and by the Board of Directors.Internal regulations, accept the Statutes of the SerCOnatural Association.Contribute to the association, whether through projects, advising, or contributing in some other way.

As a founding member you are entitled to:Participate in deliberations and make decisions within the Board of Directors.To present initiatives, proposals and recommendations related to the objectives of the Association.Request reports on the development of SerCOnatural's activities.Appoint a substitute in case of being temporarily unable to serve in a position on the Board of Directors.Access the benefits and advantages offered by the Association.To have priority in job creation opportunities and other benefits derived from SerCOnatural projects.

As an associate member you are entitled to:Participate in the Board of Directors' deliberations with voice, but without vote, once you are up to date with your contributions.Present initiatives and proposals aligned with the Association's objectives.Request reports on SerCOnatural's activities and projects.To be elected as a member of the Board of Directors, if you have the approval of at least 50% + 1 of its members.To perform administrative duties, as defined by the statutes and the Board of Directors.Access the benefits and activities of the Association, provided you are an active member and participate in the processes and projects.

By becoming part of SerCOnatural, you agree to:Comply with the statutes and internal regulations of the Association.Actively participate and collaborate in the activities, projects, and commitments assigned to you.Justify absence from meetings in advance, except in cases of force majeure.Respect the schedules, tasks and agreements established by the Board of Directors and the Internal Regulations.Make timely financial contributions as defined by the Board of Directors.Report any situation that may affect the objectives, stability or proper functioning of the Association.Act with respect, solidarity and social awareness, abiding by collective decisions.Contribute at least one benefit to the network, such as advice, training, support, or other contribution based on your knowledge or skills.To hold administrative positions, the associate must be an active member for at least one (1) year and demonstrate the necessary capabilities, subject to prior approval by the Board of Directors.

Yes. To protect the proper functioning, assets, and reputation of the Association, the following are not permitted:Attending meetings or activities under conditions that affect the well-being of the participants.Using the name, resources or assets of SerCOnatural for personal, political or improper benefit.To carry out actions or represent the Association without prior authorization.Misuse of the Association's property, funds, documents, or information.Failure to comply with statutes, internal regulations, or institutional guidelines.Unjustifiably missing assigned meetings or commitments.Disclosing confidential information or using Association projects for personal gain.
