Responsibilities
According to the statutes of SerCOnatural (Article 56), the responsibility falls exclusively on the Association, limited to its assets and institutional patrimony.
The associates are not liable with their personal assets, either directly or indirectly, for the legal, contractual, economic or any other obligations assumed by SerCOnatural.
This protection also extends to the heirs of the associates.
Types of Membership

Natural person
It corresponds to an individual person who wishes to be part of SerCOnatural in a personal capacity.
To formalize your membership as an individual, you will need:
• Registration fee (one-time): $100,000 COP.
• Annual fee: $100,000 COP, starting from the first year of membership.
Note: These contributions help support the Association's activities. However, if a person cannot make a financial contribution, they may make a symbolic donation or contribute their time, knowledge, or skills, as determined by the Board of Directors.

Artificial person
This applies to organizations, companies, foundations, associations or other legally constituted entities that wish to become affiliated with SerCOnatural.
Interested organizations must meet the criteria defined by the Board of Directors.
Registration fee (one-time payment), depending on the number of employees:
• 1 employee: $100,000
• 2 to 5 employees: $150,000
• 6 to 12 employees: $220,000
• 13 to 24 employees: $350,000
• 25 or more employees: $500,000
Annual membership fee, according to the same criteria:
• 1 employee: $600,000
• 2 to 5 employees: $1,200,000
• 6 to 12 employees: $1,800,000
• 13 to 24 employees: $2,400,000
• 25 or more employees: $3,000,000
